By the end of the course the delegates will be able to

1. Understand speeches delivered in English , with various accents, including European
2. Use appropriate intonation, word and sentence composition
3. Produce reasoned arguments for a course of action, giving both a historical perspective, the current situation and future proposals
4. Chair a meeting in English, showing control in guiding participation, summarising proposals and agreeing on resolutions to be adopted.
5. Understand the historical development of Cepol, and have an appreciation of the issues which have helped to formulate the current structure and thinking.
